THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND FORM AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WISE CRESCENT INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ("WISE CRESCENT" or "WE"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING, ACCESSING OR BROWSING ANY WISE CRESCENT PROPERTIES.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using any Wise Crescent website, digital property, mobile application and/or mobile enabled site (collectively, "Wise Crescent Properties" and each a "Wise Crescent Property") including without limitation wisecrescent.com; or any products, content or service (collectively the "Services" and each a "Service") available in or on a Wise Crescent Property, including Services offered on a payment basis (collectively "Paid Services" and each a "Paid Service"), you agree without limitation or qualification to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Wise Crescent Properties, Services, and Paid Services and all content made available thereon ("Content") are the property of Wise Crescent or its licensors and are protected pursuant to copyright, trademark and other laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Content.

All trademarks and trade names used on Wise Crescent Properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Wise Crescent or its affiliated companies. Unauthorized use of any trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Registration

To post comments on Wise Crescent Properties or to use certain Services and Paid Services, you may be required to register. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself during registration.

User Conduct, Indemnification and Licence Granted

All User Postings are the responsibility of the user creating them. Wise Crescent has no responsibility for User Postings and retains the right to review, edit, or delete them. You agree to indemnify Wise Crescent from any claims related to your User Postings.

If subscribed to a Paid Service, your use will be governed by the subscription terms applicable to the Paid Service, in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Wise Crescent may suspend or terminate your access to Wise Crescent Properties and its Services without prior notice if it believes you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

Wise Crescent Properties may contain links to third-party sites, which are not controlled by Wise Crescent. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of linked sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Wise Crescent is providing its Properties on an "AS IS" basis and makes no warranties of any kind. Wise Crescent will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Properties.

By using the Wise Crescent Properties, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as per our Privacy Policy.

Submissions

All ideas or suggestions you provide to Wise Crescent will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and will not be considered confidential.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal actions must be filed in Ontario.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain valid. No waiver of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by a representative of Wise Crescent.
